The Beverly

Project

Our comprehensive ground-up electrical scope at The Beverly, located at Bulfinch Triangle in Boston’s North End, entailed the installation of the primary power and electrical distribution systems, and emergency power at the residential high-rise. The project included a new 5000 Amp electrical distribution system and tie-in to an Eversource transformer vault, as well as installation of the building’s collector bus and bus duct risers that feed the units. The facility’s fire alarm system, smoke control system, bi-directional BDA, lighting, and general duty power are all integral aspects of the electrical scope.
