Element Hotel

Project

This project consisted of the ground-up electrical construction and fit-out of the six-story Starwood Element Hotel with its 180 guest room suites. The project scope includes electrical distribution, lighting, and lighting control system, life safety system and security wiring installations. The hotel’s ground floor is comprised of a fitness center, outdoor pool/patio, lobby/lounge area, and meeting rooms. Our Systems division also provided complete tel/data and cable TV installations. We also provided the installation of the City of Boston street lighting.
