McDonald Electrical teamed with Wise Construction in providing comprehensive electrical construction in the complete remodeling of the Boston Children’s Hospital Waltham campus 4th floor, West wing. The project entailed converting the floor to an outpatient care unit with new exam rooms.
Special Challenges
Work was performed in an occupied hospital with minimal disruption to daily operations. The low-height concrete construction of the wing necessitated undertaking special steps to minimize construction noise during the tenant fit-out.
