Project Scope

This project consisted of a two-story addition to the Horn Library, which serves as classrooms, gathering areas, and a Starbucks. We replaced two existing 13,800-volt substations with brand new equipment. We installed a new 400 amp 480/277 volt distribution panel and a 75 KVA step down transformer with multiple panel boards that serve the new addition. We also installed a Lutron lighting control system to control all the new LED lighting, a brand new Gamewell fire alarm system with Radio Master Box, hundreds of receptacles, HVAC power wiring, and security access control wiring.
