For Raffles Boston, a luxury hotel and residence in Boston’s Back Bay, our team delivered a high-end exterior lighting solution. This commercial project, led by Suffolk Construction required precision installation to enhance the building’s architectural presence.

Here’s how we made it happen:

• We achieved a striking, upscale entrance by installing linear light fixtures across the 1st and 2nd floors of the building’s exterior, creating a warm and inviting glow for guests and residents.
• Delivered a signature crown effect on Boston’s skyline by mounting 25′ – 55′ rows of linear fixtures along the roof screen wall, delivering dramatic nighttime illumination that defines the building’s architectural presence.

Special Challenges

The roof installation demanded the use of a building boom lift at significant heights. Our electricians underwent specialized training with the manufacturer’s representative to safely operate the lift and complete the work without disrupting other trades or the building schedule.
