McDonald Electrical Corporation proudly joined our project partners at the Topping Off Ceremony for Leiden Center III at Innovation Square (ISQ3), marking the placement of the final beam and celebrating the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship of everyone who made this milestone possible.

ISQ3 will soon be occupied by Vertex Pharmaceuticals, featuring a 320,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art research and development facility, with LEED Platinum-certified lab and office space. As part of the Jeffrey Leiden Center for Cell & Genetic Therapies II, this cutting-edge, net-zero facility is designed to accelerate breakthroughs in genetic research while setting new standards for sustainable infrastructure and high-performance building systems.
