In addition, McDonald Electrical proudly participates in the U.S. Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, which connects transitioning service members with civilian career opportunities during their final months of military service. Through SkillBridge, active-duty military personnel can gain valuable industry experience, explore career paths in electrical construction, and begin building relationships that support a successful transition into the workforce. By participating in SkillBridge, we are able to introduce veterans to careers in project management, field operations, estimating, service, telecommunications, and electrical construction while benefiting from the leadership, work ethic, and problem-solving abilities they bring to our organization.
