The IT Support Specialist provides oversight and support for all MEC network and computer equipment/system needs.
- Coordinate response to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems in conjunction with 3rd party provider
- Ensure that all IT services are properly submitted by users, logged, and tracked via Company ticketing system
- Oversee and ensure the daily performance and security of computer systems and network including printers, wi-fi, AV and phone systems
- Minimum HS diploma and 3+ years relevant experience
- Computer/network certification highly desirable
- Previous software/system integration experience highly desirable
