Job Description:

The IT Support Specialist provides oversight and support for all MEC network and computer equipment/system needs.

  • Coordinate response to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems in conjunction with 3rd party provider
  • Ensure that all IT services are properly submitted by users, logged, and tracked via Company ticketing system
  • Oversee and ensure the daily performance and security of computer systems and network including printers, wi-fi, AV and phone systems

Qualifications:
  • Minimum HS diploma and 3+ years relevant experience
  • Computer/network certification highly desirable
  • Previous software/system integration experience highly desirable
