As Chief Estimator for McDonald Electrical Corporation since 2010, Bob Royle brings more than 30 years of experience across all facets of the electrical industry. A key member of the McDonald team since 2006, Bob leads the company’s competitive bidding and estimating efforts, specializing in conceptual budgeting, design-build, and design-assist projects.
Throughout his career, Bob has served as both a project manager and electrical estimator, overseeing numerous commercial, institutional, and tenant fit-out projects across Greater Boston. His broad field background—as a journeyman electrician and electrical foreman—provides valuable perspective in ensuring accurate estimates, practical solutions, and successful project delivery.
Before joining McDonald Electrical, Bob worked as a project manager and estimator for another Local 103 signatory contractor, further building his expertise in Boston’s competitive electrical construction market.
