As manager for McDonald Electrical’s Systems Division, Phil Reardon leads the company’s tele/data and security operations, overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale, technology-driven projects.
Since joining McDonald Electrical in 2012, Phil has served as a Senior Project Manager and Estimator, bringing extensive experience in structured cabling and low-voltage systems for complex commercial environments. His deep technical knowledge, combined with strong leadership and organizational skills, allows him to effectively manage every phase of a project—from estimating and planning through completion.
Phil oversees labor scheduling, material procurement, and field operations with a clear focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His commitment to excellence ensures that each system installation is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest performance standards.
