Mike Lee
Safety Director
As Safety Director at McDonald Electrical Corporation, Mike Lee brings more than 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. A licensed Journeyman Electrician, Mike is OSHA 500 trained and has completed extensive safety training programs, including NFPA 70E, confined space, trench rescue, HAZWOPER, and NFPA Hot Works Instructor certifications.
Mike holds dual safety credentials from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and Safety Trained Supervisor in Construction (STSC). He is also a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).
In his role, Mike ensures all McDonald Electrical employees remain current with required safety certifications and training, including OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour programs. Through weekly job site visits, he partners with foremen and electricians to maintain compliance and reinforce the company’s culture of safety—ensuring every task is performed using the highest industry standards and best practices.
Additionally, Mike is a Massachusetts-licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and an American Heart Association–certified CPR Instructor.
