Job Description:

Supports the President and Executive team and plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the business.  Key team member, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies of the President and Executive team. Responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of the President and Executive team’s schedule, contacts, travel, and communications related to both the business and personal commitments as well as overseeing special projects.

Qualifications:

Requires good judgment and positive work presence along with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills to assist in representing McDonald Electrical and the continuing growth of the business.

  • 7-10 years of related experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment supporting senior level executives
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
