|Address :||1271 Boylston Street, Boston, MA|
|Size :||125,000 sf|
|GC :||Suffolk Construction|

|Scope :||McDonald Electrical provided comprehensive electrical construction of the Verb Hotel, located adjacent to Fenway Park on Boylston Street. The scope entailed installation of the facility's power infrastructure and electrical distribution, a new fire alarm system, interior and exterior lighting, and complete electrical renovation and fit-out of the hotel's 94 suites.|
A subsequent power project included upgrading the 1200 Amp electrical service to a 2000 Amp service at the 94-room hotel adjacent to Fenway Park on Boylston Street. The project also included installation of three new RTU's for handling the facility's power requirements.
|Challenges :||The electrical fit-out project was provided on an aggressive, fast-track schedule to meet the owner's requirements. In the subsequent power upgrade project, McDonald Electrical maintained power in the occupied hotel while changing the electrical service.|
