The core and shell electrical construction consisted of the installation of primary and emergency power, interior, and exterior lighting and lighting control, and fire alarm systems. McDonald Electrical managed an electrical field crew upwards of 25electricians at peak construction. We also provided electrical and fire alarm installations for the two-story underground parking facility, which features a car-stacking system.
Special Challenges
McDonald overcame the logistical challenges of the very tight site in a dense urban location through close coordination with the general contractor.
